The coffee selected this time from Guatemala is a coffee bean produced by two women-Ovilia and Margarita. The small farms owned by Margarita Gomez and Ovilia Cyrus are both located in North Vivette Nanguo Santa Barbara. For the past 25 years, Ovilia has grown pache on farmland at an altitude of 2,000 meters. Grow coffee; and Margarita is also an experienced coffee farmer, her farm mainly grows bourbon, because this variety has a good flavour and adapts to the local microclimate.

The local coffee harvest season falls between December and March. Ovilia and Margarita will participate in coordinating many production activities, such as shade management, planting, fertilization, and harvesting. They are proud to produce specialty coffee. Together with their families, they grow coffee season after season with care, focus and love. They hope that roasters and coffee drinkers can feel the outstanding quality of these coffees.
