The soil in this farm is deep red clay which combined with the climate and altitude give rise to the great cups from this region which typically exhibit berry, peach and vanilla notes with the distinctive bright acidity.
This Kochere Natural Konga was exported through the ECX (Ethiopian Commodity exchange) system and was classified by the ECX Central Liquoring Unit as a Grade 1 natural coffee.
This coffee will make you fall in love with Ethiopian coffee. Lovely red ripe currant & blueberry sweetness, vibrant fruitiness of raspberry and smooth finish. A vibrant coffee for the evening.
