Known as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is provided with coffee for export from around 1.1 million farmers. This specific coffee is from a private wet mill in the local community in Yirgacheffe.
The coffee is hand-picked by the farmers and their families and separated into levels of quality. The 15-day drying process is again time for the sorting of defects. Like it's name, Jazmini is famous for its delicate floral and fruit brightness in the cup.
This washed Ethiopian coffee is perfect for all filter brew, best on V60. You'll get a clean & soothing floral quality of jasmine & lavender, with pear and apricot finish. An easy-drinking Ethiopian coffee.
