About this coffee :
Finca La Fincona is currently in the process of transformation, the farm when first established was not well organized due to civil war.
The milling process was carried out on the same farm were we mill the coffee of two farms that were later established. This farm is part of the legacy in coffee knowledge of a Jorge Raul Rivera (1938-2013). He was not only a professor at the University of El Salvador, and taught for 10 years coffee cultivation and processing, but has worked in the area since 1978. He also pioneered the establishment of the crop in the north of the country (Chalatenango).
Another coffee from El Salvador after so many years. This lot is exceptionally clean with a hint of mull-wine finish. Super sweet cuppa with apple juiciness, finish with the sweetness of caramel. A lovely coffee that's will makes a perfect evening cuppa.
