Yunnan has always known for its excellent Puer tea, has now become home to another of the world's most popular: coffee. Yunnan produces more than 95% of China's coffee beans, most are for export.

The typical layout of a coffee farm in Yunnan consists of 5,000 coffee trees per hectare, grown in full sun & plantation style. Farmers mainly use the washed method in this region.

This coffee is as bold as love. A straight 72% dark chocolate & lovely toasted almond finish. It makes a deep toned espresso, great for latte & cappuccino too!
