What is your return policy?

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item etc) you can send it back to us.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from date you received your products.
  • Ware and tear of coffee equipments are not acceptable for return and exchange.
  • Damage items must be returned together with original box and receipt.
  • Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Cyber Sale) are not accepted for return and exchange.

What will I get back? 

You can choose either for a full refund to your Bean Shipper Account or to exchange to a same price item.


How can I return my purchase?

Please email your inquiry to support@beanshipper.com with subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the matter & condition.


How long will it take?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.
