Zou Zhu Yuan was a former tea and orchid farm. With no professional equipment at first, owner Fang Zheng-Lun crudely processed his coffee by driving trucks over to crack the parchments, and roast using barbeque and wok.
In 2007. Fang entered a local Coffee Evaluation project in Gu-Keng, and to his surprise won first prize. Fang began in depth research in coffee cultivation and processing.
A sip of this Gesha coffee is as though a fruit bomb explodes in your mouth. Lots of fruity notes of honeydew, peach, Asian Pear & ripe grapes, finish with classic Taiwanese coffee flavour notes of exquisite highland tea. Every sip is meant to be savour.
